      The Romanesque art of "La Vall de Boi" was declared national art heritage, by the UNESCO in year 2000.

It's a set of medieval churches: Sant Joan of Boi, Sta. Eulalia of Erill-la-Vall, Sant Feliu of Barruera, la Natividad & l'ermita de Sant Quirze of Durro, Sta. Maria of Cardet,

the chrurch of l'Assumpcio of Coll and the churches of Sant Climent and Sta. María of Taull where came the most important romanesque pictures in Catalonia.

All are medieval constructions from XI, XII and XIII centuries, made by lombard masters from Italy.


      HOSTAL PASCUAL is located near from National Park of Aiguestortes and Estany of Sant Maurici.

A beautiful place where the most savage nature flatters mountain excursions to us that make us arrive at the highest tops of Pyrenees, glaciers, pools and forests.

     

The Vall of Boi also has all the characteristics for the practique of adventure sports, rafting, trekking, fotographie, horse walks, ski and everything what only the mountain offers.

From our hostal, you can take arranged trips in 4x4 to National Park of Aiguestortes and visit the romanesque of the Vall of Boi.
